A personalised ceremony by a Wedding Celebrant can be traditional or uniquely creative, reflecting your love story. I can help with all legal marriage steps involving registrars, whether before, during, or after your celebration. Once the legalities are handled, your ceremony can be completely flexible—there are no limits on time, location, music, words, beverages, or including pets.

Personalised wedding ceremonies across the UK

We will get to know each other and we will co-create your personable & memorable ceremony together. I will keep you on track so that we have everything sorted for your amazing day. You will feel relaxed and at ease. Your ceremony will be fun, personal and dignified. You and your guests will love it and you will be getting complements about your ceremony for the rest of your wedding day.

The registration of your marriage need only cost £68.50 (£56 + £12.50 for your marriage certificate). The “statutory marriage ceremony” can take place at any registry office, some councils call it the “two plus two”. I can advise you as I know the best & the most helpful councils to work with! If budget is no issue, registrars can also do the “legal bit” in the late afternoon of your wedding day as guests are having drinks before sitting down to eat.

Couples tell me they love getting the boring legal bit out of the way before their wedding. It means they can relax & fully enjoy their wedding day without restrictions.

I provide my own PA system & microphones if needed at no extra charge so everyone is heard. I will operate your ceremony music or liaise with the venue, musicians or wedding singer.

Your personal wedding ceremony will be romantic, fun and all about you. You can include religious elements if you wish or wedding rituals that honour your family’s heritage.

As a father of 3, ex-teacher and Headteacher, I have a lot of experience of ensuring children at a wedding feel involved and engaged.

I operate from two bases: Sheffield, South Yorkshire for Weddings in the North and Wokingham, Berkshire for Weddings in the South of England.

From Sheffield, I conduct weddings across Sheffield and all of Yorkshire, Lincolnshire, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Staffordshire and Cheshire. An hour’s travel from my home in Sheffield is included in my fees. Additional travel is charged extra, so please tell me the location of your venue and ask me for a quote.

From Wokingham, I conduct weddings across the Thames Valley including Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, plus also Hampshire, Dorset and Surrey. An hour’s travel from my base in Wokingham is included in my fees. Additional travel is charged extra, so please tell me the location of your venue and ask me for a quote.

You can then save your date with me for a 50% booking fee. Pay securely via my website using either a credit/debit card or PayPal & get all your consumer legal protections (no bank transfers). Full payment of fees and any additional costs are made 2 months before your ceremony date.
